This single-family townhouse was experiencing warping and rotting around its two car garage door openings. This occurred due to constant moisture exposure from failed caulking around the wooden brick molding and door jambs. We responded immediately to provide the owner with a FREE quote. We were so ecstatic that they chose SERVPRO of Adamstown, Mohnton to address this issue and complete their small restoration project on their home. Our technicians removed all the rotted wood around the two car garage door openings and replaced the jamb, brick mold and weatherstripping with PVC to prevent this from reoccurring in the future and to make it look like it never it happened!
