Mold and Rot around garage door openings.

This single-family townhouse was experiencing warping and rotting around its two car garage door openings. This occurred due to constant moisture exposure from failed caulking around the wooden brick molding and door jambs. We responded immediately to provide the owner with a FREE quote.
