Juan, Doug and Nick did a wonderful job with cleaning up the results of my unknown leaking dishwasher! The men were professional and took care in moving my belongings and furniture. SERVPRO, all I can say is that you guys are very professional, especially Kevin. He explained the process very well so I knew what to expect. This left me with no worries or concerns, This well-mannered Man came in and took care of my problem with no complications. His process was well calculated as he knew exactly what to do. I had water damage in the basement and he came and cleaned and sanitized everything. His work was remarkable. I was expecting to have a musky smell from any potential mold from the water damage. There was no smell or mold. I was completely happy with the work that was done. I will refer him to my friends and family. You know if you refer someone to your family and friends, they must be good.

Brian was main point of contact and helped Sandy & I tremendously with understanding the task at hand with mold remediation —he explained things in an easy to understand manner & was professional with all contacts & conversations.
Doug, Nick, & Drew completed the work in our home & were professional as well. They were prompt with their start time, end time, & very courteous as to limit the noise as much as they could considering that I work from home. They secured the area and answered all questions in regards to the next steps in the process. Sandy & I are very pleased thus far! After talking with Kevin and Brian at our house, our stress seemed to melt away with them assuring us that our house could be cleaned and returned to the way it was. My basement flooded, and these guys came out and they were amazing!! They moved everything out for me including my daughters toys and delicate things and removed and cleaned up my basement and got rid of the moisture and anything that got damaged. Their customer service is great and out of this world. They really go out of their way to let you know that they have your back through the whole process and let you know everything is going to be ok. Unfortunately had a pipe freeze on Christmas while we were not home. Caused major water damage throughout the whole downstairs. My husband and I contacted SERVPRO of Adamstown through a reference and it was the best thing we could have done. Brian and his team (Chris, Pat and Jesse) were fantastic! Professional from start to finish and really made a terrible situation a little easier to handle. They worked quickly and cleanly to get our house dried out and helped coordinate trash pick up as well as the walk through with our insurance adjuster. Could not recommend SERVPRO and this particular team enough!!

We reached out to several companies after a kitchen fire left our house in shambles. Brian and Kevin at SERVPRO promptly returned our call and came out immediately.
They walked us through everything that would need to be done and worked with our insurance company to ensure the costs were covered. They answered all of our 5000 questions with a smile and made a bad situation as good as it could be under the circumstances.
This SERVPRO team clearly values their customers and take great pride in their work. Honestly I am convinced they performed a miracle getting our home back in order, cleaning everything top to bottom.

"My sister called this company SERVPRO of Adamston, Mohnton to clean her air conditioning ducts and dryer vent so I figured why not have mine done as well! Kevin and his crew were super accommodating and were able to get both of our houses done the same day! I really appreciate them making the time for us last minute and squeezing us in. I could not believe how much lint was in our dryer line! I was on the verge on replacing my dryer but it's working great again! Thanks again SERVPRO!"

I can not recommend this team enough!
We had a small leak that led to some major problems, eventually flooding our basement. Brian and Kevin were able to isolate the problem, have it fixed, and cleaned up the mess left by the flooding.
Everything was quickly taken care of and the team was very responsive and accommodating to our schedules. The flooding of your home is already stressful, I am glad we went with this Serve Pro team, saving us from any additional headaches.

Our basement completely flooded due to our sump pump failing and of course s had to happen two days before we were hosting our daughters first birthday party with over 50 people! My wife and I frantically called around but had no luck until our friend recommended SERVPRO of Adamstown! I had a pipe burst in my 2nd floor bathroom and water was everywhere. I contacted Kevin Paul from SERVPRO and he responded immediately with a crew to suck up the water and start the drying process. He said this was a clean water project and was able to dry a lot of my house "in-place". He worked with my insurance company and got my house back to normal before I knew it! Brian and his SERVPRO team cleaned up the flood damage in my house after a burst pipe. They came quick and made my place look like it never happened, all for a great price. I highly recommend them!

"We had some water damage and mold resulting from leaking pipes and a leaking wax seal under a toilet. Our plumber replaced all the pipes. SERVPRO of Adamstown, Mohnton took care of everything else. Kevin and his crew removed all the water damaged cabinets, sheetrock and insulation. The scrubbed and treated every surface and left the room ready for us to remodel. We couldn't be more satisfied.
