Equipment Decontamination Day!

Some SERVPRO equipment set up for cleaning.

You've been through the ringer the last couple of weeks. Maybe your toilet or hot water heater flooded, maybe something caught fire and smoked up your house or business. Either way, you called SERVPRO and we were able to make it "like it never even happened" using our specialized equipment.  

You get to go back to your normal routine, but what happens to all that equipment that was used to clean and sanitize your house? It came in looking fresh and shiny and left looking like a dusty mess. 

Who takes care of it now that it's job is all done? Ever wonder about that? Probably not, but I'm here to pull back the curtain anyway. 

Once all of the equipment is brought back to the office we have a special equipment decontamination day! Our crew lines up all of the equipment in rows and goes through the painstaking process of taking everything apart and wiping it all down piece by piece.

When everything is clean, it's put back together and stored away until it needs to be used again. Doing this ensures our equipment stays in tip-top shape and ready to take on any future fire damage or water damage that may happen.
