A client called for a toilet leaking in Denver. Upon inspection we realized it caused water damage to the surrounding floor. Since the tub was done in continuous tile from the floor, that also had to be replaced. The end result sure looks great!

A Customer called when she experience bad flooding in her finished basement. Water seeped through the floor and carpeting. We were able to clean up the water and have her on her way to making it look like it never even happened.

This customer found water damage in the laundry room and unfinished side of the basement and called SERVPRO of Adamstown, Mohnton. Once SERVPRO arrived onsite we were able to assess the damage, determine the source and provide guidance on how to proceed. For this project the wheelchair accessible shower tile grout had been failing which had been facilitating damage not only in the basement but in the adjacent home office as well. SERVPRO used thermal imaging and non penetrating moisture meters to identify these areas and bring them to the customers attention. 

This customer took his family out of the country for a 10 day vacation. Upon return he found his bidet in the master bathroom ruptured causing water damage throughout his entire first floor and fully finished 2300 square foot basement. In addition, the water destroyed the HVAC system making the property over 100 degrees and 100% Relative humidity.  Luckily he called SERVPRO of Adamstown, Mohnton. We responded quickly, began mitigation services to remove non salvageable materials, coordinated temp air conditioning units and also performed a total loss inventory for non salvageable contents. Within days the property was dried out and ready for construction services!
