Lurking water behind wall and ceiling systems causing mold growth.

Water damage can be lurking behind walls and ceilings at any time. When this customer decided it was time to remodel his laundry room/bathroom, he was surprised when he found significant mold growth behind his finishes. Upon inspecting the area SERVPRO discovered that the wax ring from the above level bathroom toilet had been leaking for what appeared to be quite some time. Thankfully he called SERVPRO of Adamstown, Mohnton to complete the mold remediation! After remediation and cleaning was completed, the owner said "I may just leave it open like this because it's so clean".
