Fire Damage From Electrical Couch Malfunction
An electrical couch malfunction and set fire in a multi-unit apartment building. The fire spread to four adjoining apartments before the blaze was controlled and put out. Severe fire damage was evident in the source apartment, but SERVPRO of Adamstown, Mohnton was able to clean up and mitigate the damage. After taking down the destroyed drywall and flooring, the smoke damage was treated and the apartments were prepped for restoration.
